Robert Baxter was born in the US and has been a pastor/church planter in France since 1988. He has served as the National Director of the French Branch of the ICEJ for the last decade. He has been used to train and mobilise church leaders, teach the Body of Christ about the Hebrew roots of the Christian faith, and equip the saints in the area of marriage, developing their gifting, discovering their identity, and team-building. Currently residing in the Paris area, he travels extensively.
