Prof. Gerald McDermott is a scholar and Anglican priest who has taught for many years at a college and then divinity school in the United States. He has published eight books on or about Jonathan Edwards, seven books on world religions, three books and many articles on the meaning of Israel, and five more books on famous stutterers, Mormonism, and other subjects. His newest book is A New History of Redemption: The Work of Jesus the Messiah Through the Millennia (Baker Academic).
