Rev. Robert Baxter and his wife Kathryn left the US in the early 1990s to start a ministry in France. They founded the Bon Berger (Good Shephard) church in Paris and today they have an apostolic and prophetic ministry in over a hundred churches. Robert also serves a national director of ICEJ-France.
