Celso Khalili
Chairman of the Helsinki Jewish Community
Celso Khalili, born in 1971, has been the Chairman of the Helsinki Jewish Community since May 2024 and a board member of the Helsinki Jewish Congregation since 2017. He holds an EMBA from Aalto University and a BA in Political Science and Sociology.
Khalili immigrated to Israel from Brazil in 1991 and moved to Finland in 2009. As chairman, he has focused on combating antisemitism, integrating new members into the Jewish community, and developing the community school.
