Born in Baku on May 21, 1968. In 1989, he received a higher education in economics. Entrepreneur and businessman.

In 1994, he accepted Jesus and began serving as an evangelist. In 1997, he became the leader of a prayer ministry that effectively operated in the areas of salvation, deliverance, and healing.

Since 2012, he has conducted seminars on biblical economics.

From 2016 to the present, he has been called by the Lord to serve Israel, Jerusalem, and the Jewish people.

Today, he serves as the Director of the ICEJ in Azerbaijan and is the leader of the Ten Cities prayer ministry in Europe.

He is married and has three children. The entire family believes in and serves the Lord.
