1. How old must you be to serve as a Team Member at the Feast of Tabernacles celebration?

You must be 18 years old to serve.

2. I really want to be a Feast Team Member, but am not sure if I will be able to get time away from work. Can you hold my place?

Your Team assignment is locked-in once we receive your team fee payment. Prior to that time, team assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you apply and are accepted to one team, but delay paying your fee and that team fills up, you will be offered a reassignment to another team where there is a staffing need.

3. In what departments are there opportunities to serve at the Feast of Tabernacles?

You may download the department descriptions through this LINK. To save an offline copy, you may right click the link and save.

4. I am unable to come before the Feast starts. May I serve for only the week during the Feast?

We only accept team members who commit to arrive on or prior to their team’s arrival date, and stay until the Team Member departure date.

5. What is the deadline for application submission?

The Feast 2020 Application Deadline is 15 June, 2020. *Update: You may still submit your application, however, due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, acceptance to a Team cannot be confirmed for a few more weeks.

6. I go to a very large church and do not know my pastor personally. May someone else fill out my pastoral evaluation?

Yes. Another option is a spiritual mentor or church elder who knows you well and is familiar with your spiritual walk. This would also apply for new applicants who serve as pastors themselves. Although an applicant may not provide their own evaluation, we welcome a fellow pastor, denominational leader, or other mentor who is familiar with the applicant’s personal spiritual walk with the Lord.

7. I applied but never received a confirmation that my application was received.

Check your junk mail folder in case our emails are being mistakenly redirected and mislabeled. If this is not the case, please email to inquire about your application.

8. I recently submitted an application but have not heard yet if I am accepted.

The Application Deadline is 15 June, 2020, after which all submitted applications will be reviewed during June and acceptance letters sent via email shortly thereafter. *Update: Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, we are focussing on hosting an online Feast event, with possibly a small physical Feast. Acceptance to a Team can only be advised once a decision regarding the physical Feast is finalised.

9. I won’t know for certain if I can take the necessary time off to serve until after the application deadline. May I still submit an application after 15 June, 2020?

We will still accept applications after the deadline, but as teams fill up they will be closed to new members; after June 15th you will not be guaranteed that any of your department choices will still have available positions.
