Join us for ICEJ's Feast of Tabernacles 2020: October 2 to 8

Speak to the children of Israel: ‘The feasts of the Lord, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are My feasts… The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the Feast of Tabernacles for seven days to the Lord.” (Leviticus 23:1-2, 34)

Dear friends,

This month, we will be marking 40 years since the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem was founded on 30 September 1980. It has been forty years of not only witnessing God’s faithfulness in restoring and lifting Israel as a nation, but also of taking part ourselves in this great Ingathering. As we have blessed and comforted the Jewish state and people, we have seen the relationship between Evangelical Christians and Israel dramatically change and even flourish over the past four decades.

Forty years is a significant period throughout the Bible, and indeed we sense that God is leading us into a new season of ministry ahead. This time of change is already being felt as we prepare to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles in a way we have never done before. From our humble beginnings in 1980, thousands of Christians have come up to Jerusalem each and every year to celebrate the Feast with us, even when there were wars and other dangers in the region. But this year, Israel is not allowing in foreign visitors for obvious health reasons, so we have had to totally adjust our approach to the Feast.

Since people cannot come to celebrate Sukkot with us in Jerusalem, we are bringing the Feast from Jerusalem right into your living rooms and churches. We are working with the major Christian TV channels TBN and GOD TV, and employing the skills of Israeli software experts, in order to produce an online Global Feast with more content than we have ever offered before. This will include seven daily live worship services from Jerusalem as well as over 80 seminar sessions, all featuring an anointed array of Israeli and international speakers and worship artists.

Among our guest speakers this year will be Angus Buchan of South Africa, Enoch Adeboye of Nigeria, Young Hoon Lee of South Korea, Renê Terra Nova from Brazil, Matts-Ola Ishoel from Russia, Paul Dhinakaran from India, Billy Wilson and Anne Graham Lotz from the USA, plus Peter Tsukahira and Joel Rosenberg from here in Israel. Meanwhile, our Feast worship team will feature Roy Fields, Eddie James, Paul Wilbur, Ana Paula Valadão, Sinach, Aaron Shust, Dorothy Bedford, Trevor Sampson, Sarah Liberman and Shilo Ben Hod.

So this will be a powerful and anointed online Feast experience to mark this special 40th anniversary of the ICEJ. Make sure to join us by registering at feast.icej.org. And we invite you to also continue with us in the journey of faith still ahead for the ICEJ as we bless and comfort Israel until all of God’s great promises for her are fulfilled. Many blessings from Jerusalem!

"What IS the Feast of Tabernacles anyway, and WHY do Christians celebrate it?"

In honour of our 40th year, the ICEJ is pleased to offer a FREE commemorative electronic edition of The Celebration of the Feast of Tabernacles, Rev. Malcolm Hedding's foundational teaching on this Feast of the Lord. In The Celebration of the Feast of Tabernacles, Rev. Hedding traces this feast throughout scripture, highlighting both the historical significance of Sukkot in the past as well as the profound prophetic implications and rich blessings found in our modern-day observance of this Feast of the Lord.
